Community Use of School Facilities

It is the Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School Committee’s desire that maximum use of school property is to be enjoyed by the member towns. It is the School Committee’s intent that such use will occur under safe conditions, and will not interfere with or limit the regular work or extracurricular activities of the school program. Please review the provided polices and rules.


HWRSD Facilities areas to be used include but not limited to Auditorium, Gym, Cafeteria, Library, Cafeteria, Athletic Fields, and Pool.

Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Written Notifications

Integrated pest management is an effective, environmentally friendly approach to pest management that relies on a combination of commonsense practices. Before conducting any pesticide related work in schools, daycare centers and school age child care programs, pesticide applicators must ensure that the appropriate IPM Plan is on file with the Department of Agricultural Resources.
