HWRSD Staff

Teacher quality is the key to student success. More than 90% of our faculty members hold master’s degrees, and the majority of our teachers have completed additional advanced coursework after attaining a master’s degree.

With most of our teachers having 18 or more years of experience, our students receive instruction from a cadre of exceptionally effective educators.

Over the past two decades, more than 90 HWRSD faculty members have received the Grinspoon Excellence in Teaching Award and nearly half of them still teach in our district.
