Student Registration

 
If you are a resident of Hampden or Wilbraham, please follow the steps listed under Student Registration to enroll your child in the Hampden - Wilbraham Regional School District. 
 
 
**Your student is NOT registered until all 3 steps are complete**
 
Step one - Initial Registration Form must be completed for each student.
                        Be sure to select the correct school.
 
Mile Tree Initial Registration Form (Grades PK -1 Wilbraham Residents)
 
Green Meadows Initial Registration Form (Grades PK -8 Hampden Residents)
 
Stony Hill Initial Registration Form (Grades 2 & 3 Wilbraham Residents)
 
Soule Road Initial Registration Form (Grades 4 & 5 Wilbraham Residents)
 
WMS Initial Registration Form (Grades 6 - 8 Wilbraham Residents)
 
MRHS Initial Registration Form (Grades 9 - 12 Hampden and Wilbraham Residents)
 
 
Step two - Print and complete all Required Documents and return them to:
                
                        District Office
                        621 Main Street
                        Wilbraham MA, 01095


Step three - The primary contact will receive an email including the final step to online registration.
                            This must be completed and submitted.
                            Once this final step is completed, the school will contact you with a start date for your child.
 
 
When you have been OFFICIALLY NOTIFIED that your child has been accepted into the
HWRSD Early Childhood program, complete the Initial Registration Form link below
.
 
This form begins the process of district registration which is separate from the Early Childhood Application Process. Please select the link appropriate for your child's placement location for the Early Childhood Program below.
 
 
In the Hampden - Wilbraham Regional School District, children who will be 5 years old
on or before September 1, 2022, will be eligible for Kindergarten. 

Please follow the steps below to register your child for Kindergarten 2022 - 2023.
 
 
   Step one -Initial Registration Form must be completed for each student.
                           Be sure to select the correct school link.
 
 
   Step two - Print and complete all Required Documents (listed below) and bring them
                            to your registration appointment. 
                     
   Step three - The primary contact will receive an email including the link to the Online Registration Form.
                                Your student will not be registered until this form is completed and submitted.

The following documents must be completed and returned to District Office, located at 621 Main Street, Wilbraham.
