NCAA CLEARINGHOUSE

Juniors who plan to play a Division I or Division II sport in college must complete an NCAA Initial – Eligibility Clearinghouse form. You can apply online with a credit card or complete a paper application, which can be obtained in the Guidance Office.

ONLINE APPLICATION :
You can apply online at www.ncaaclearinghouse.net. Click on “Prospective Student Athletes”, and then click on “Domestic Student Release Form”. Once you have completed the form, print two copies of the “Student Release Form” for the Guidance Office. Bring both copies of the application to the Guidance Office, sign and pay $2.00 for a transcript, which will then be sent to the NCAA Clearinghouse.

SAT AND ACT SCORES :
It is important for juniors to know that the Clearinghouse requires SAT and ACT Scores be sent to them directly from the College Board and ACT. Therefore, students should put the Clearinghouse as a choice for score reports to be sent (the code is 9999). You can request the SAT Scores either by mail (Guidance Office has the form) or on the internet at www.collegeboard.com. You can request your ACT scores by mail (Guidance Office has the form) or online at www.act.org. To apply online you need a credit card.
