2008 SPRING AUCTION

WHO CAN BID

  • This year’s auction items will be available for bidding to Memorial School Families and the public through a blind auction.

ITEMS AVAILABE FOR BIDDING

  • A list of items can be found on the back of this page.
  • Detailed descriptions and/or pictures will be listed at Auction Items, Memorial School PTO.
  • For Memorial School families , actual items will be on display during the Open House Auction on April 29th & April 30th.

HOW TO BID IN A BLIND AUCTION

  • The bidding process is not interactive. Participants do not have knowledge of any bids placed by the other participants.
  • Each item available for bid will have a minimum opening price.
  • Participants confidentially place a bid for any amount higher than the opening bid. Participants are encouraged to place their maximum bid on items, as they will not have the opportunity to increase their bid once the auction closes.
  • In the event of tying bids, all parties will be contacted for a final bidding opportunity.

WHERE TO BID

  • Bidding boxes will be located at The YMCA, The Village Café and Memorial School (for families of Memorial School children) . Bids can be placed in these boxes until 4/27.
  • Bids can be mailed to Memorial School PTO, Attn. Walsh/O’Donnell, 310 Main Street, Wilbraham, MA, 01095. Bids must be postmarked by 4/23.
  • Items will be on display and available for bidding Tuesday, April 29th and Wednesday, April 30 th during the Memorial School Spring Open (not open to the public).
