The lists below represent my favorites for summer reading. Some titles are new; some are "old classics." Many are award winners and/or appear on "Best Books Lists." They include fiction and exciting non-fiction and are organized by grade level. Enjoy!!

On January 17, 2005, the American Library Association announced the winners of the Caldecott Medal and the Newbery Medal.
These new fiction titles provide good reading for young adults.
