2. Science/Tech/Engineering added to High School Competency Determination for Class of 2010. Also, students in this class must reach proficiency (scaled score of 240), or at least score at Needs Improvement level (220) and complete an Educational Proficiency Plan before they qualify for a high school diploma. See memo from the Commissioner and Performance Level Results for each grade.
